TL-400 liquid chip can realize high resolution in situ TEM liquid observation, and the resolution can reach more than 1 nm. There is a 40 x 40 x 0.1 um silicon nitride film observation window in the middle of the liquid chip, and there is a liquid dropping port and a negative pressure suction port on the left and right sides of the chip.
In the in-situ experiment, the liquid to be measured is first dropped into the liquid dropping mouth, then the liquid to be measured is sucked into the liquid chamber through the negative pressure device, and then the two liquid dropping windows are sealed with epoxy resin, and the in-situ liquid observation can be carried out after the glue is cured. TL-400 can be used in the following research and analysis
· TEM, SEM and Raman were used to observe and analyze the liquid environment samples;
· In situ chemical reaction observation, crystal growth and corrosion in situ study;
· The living bacteria and cells in liquid environment were observed and studied.

There is a 400 x 800 x 1 um large vacuum resistant silicon nitride film observation window in the middle of the liquid chip, and there is a liquid dropping port and a negative pressure suction port on the left and right sides of the chip.
